The Hello Gorgeous Hormonal Wellness and Weight loss Coaching Program is holistic and comprehensive guide about how to Eat, Live & Move For Your Hormones so you can age well.  Using strategies based on research for Aging women to eliminating the burden of severe hormonal fluctuations before, during and beyond our Menopausal Transition. Allowing you to take charge of your body and mind and rediscover yourself by giving women a smart new way of approaching their changing bodies and hormones. This program is designed to take you back to the basics to form a strong foundation for long term wellness. With the correct knowledge and support, we will build healthy balanced hormones to boost your metabolism, reset your body into fat-burning mode, and prioritize self-care. It is a lifestyle change that gives you confidence by giving you a healthy relationship with yourself, exercise, and food. You will feel more energetic and focused than you have in a long time and ready to tackle life again, maybe even in a way you never have.


Hi, I’m Natasha

It's time to turn your wellness around. When you have a basic understanding of the role hormones play you will more easily be able to balance them. Dealing with the symptoms of out of balance hormones now will enable your transition through to perimenopause to be trouble - free. How this Program was created?

When I first started my personal hormonal wellness journey I didn't know where it was going to take me, I just knew I was tired of feeling unwell. After my diagnosis of thyroid cancer, life changed and with it came a snowball effect of hormonal havoc. The words "hormonal imbalance" was new to me, how it made me feel was shocking. I felt like no one understood and this just increased the feelings of isolation and vulnerability.  It reinforced my ideas of what it meant to me to have a healthy life and what was important. I had to navigate my way through these symptoms and "I won’t lie" and at times I felt overwhelmed. How could I be a “ Women’s Trainer “ when I could not understand, control and improve my life.

Well I have learnt some hard-earned lessons that I wish I had known before about why the things I did in the past just wouldn’t work anymore and why my changing body needed something completely different. I would have been much more at peace with my body and happier in my life so much sooner! I also realized I was not alone. Many women "whether they know it or not" are suffering with the same frustrating symptoms of hormonal imbalance but unfortunatly concider these as a normal part of aging.

My purpose then became all about how to educate woman regarding their bodies and to help them navigate their changing hormones so that 40+ can be fabulous.

It has been a long time in the making and I am really excited to share it with you.
